You're in charge of deploying forces against an escaping UFO. That's your orders from The Admiral. Of course these orders are stupid and you want to get the UFO out of the Solar System. 

Deploy Earth's forces in such way that they will not stop the UFO in it's cycling movement pattern towards victory!
